GENESIS Biomed is a consultancy firm in the biomedical healthcare sector specialized in providing consulting services to spin-off and start-up companies, entrepreneurs and research centers. Based in our expertise we help entrepreneurs and researchers to shape their business plan and we support them in the private fundraising process. We have raised more than 40 M€ in the last 4 years. Our expertise domains are biopharmaceutical, biotechnological, medical devices, in vitro diagnostic, nutraceutical and cosmetic.

Our main activities/services consist in the preparation of business plans, market research, positioning analysis, regulatory strategic roadmaps, product development plans, IP strategy, business development activities, business model definition, fundraising strategy, financial plans and market access activities.

Our tasks in the proposal will be the following:

• To explore business opportunities within the project

• Preparation of a business plan that contains:

  • • A market analysis

    • Competitors and product positioning

    • Product and intellectual property definition

    • Regulatory strategy and development plan

• Team

• Business model and financials

• Definition of the best strategy to exploit the results (licensee agreement or foundation of a spin-off).

• Fundraising or business development activities, according to the project’s need.

GB will participate in WP1, WP8 (WP co-leader) and WP9.
